Awesomest Ever

So on Saturday's Band trip, I pretty much rode the most amazing roller coaster EVER. It was called "The Poltergeist" located at Fiesta Texas. Sadly I didn' get to any other major roller coasters that day(and I heard that there were even better ones than the poltergeist!)...lines were a little too long for me to stand all day. But that one was 100% worth it. It went from 0-amazing in like 2 seconds. Shot you out to where you wanted to scream and throw up at the same time. Whew, then you speed along to unexpected turns and twists and spontaneous movements. Just when you thought you would coast along to the ending strip, you go upside down! I have never wanted to throw up on a ride, but for a brief moment I actually wanted to...in a good way, and just briefly. It was intense and exhilarating. I would ride a hundred times in a row if the line wasnt so darn long and my stomach not the strongest. Definately reccomend this one, and I fully plan to take a full day at least with some "Flash Passes" and ride those babies all day long.

However on a more sour note, i fully do NOT reccomend "The Oakridge Smokehouse". It was supposedly a really good German buffet. Not even close. I was appalled that the buffet only had like maybe almost ten things. Except the salad bar, which was huge for some reason. The dessert consisted of a gross peach cobbler(seriously I dont know how you can screw up peach cobbler) and a weird looking bread pudding that I didnt touch, but some of my guy friends tried some and said it was good, until they found random sausage bits in it. I dont know if thats normal, but two of the guys ending up throwing up later. One threw up in the girl's bathroom cause the guy's was so gross. The gift shop reminded me of an old person's home with tons of just junk. But i did get a cute texas card and fun candy there that was cheap. But all in all, not worth it, unless to make memories of how weird you band director is for thinking that place was soooo great...
